Return Policy

Paperback Books

Paperback books can be returned within 14 days of the receipt date, provided they are in their original condition without any damage or use. The customer bears the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a store error or damage during shipping.

E-Books (PDF)

Due to the nature of the digital product, refunds are not possible after the e-file has been downloaded, except in the case of a genuine technical fault preventing the file from opening or being used, which must be proven by contacting the support team within 7 days of purchase.
